ONLINE LIFE!!!!!!
("Farting our WAY into the SPOTLIGHT")

1."When it is more important to be seen than to be talented, it is hardly surprising that the less gifted among us are willing to fart our way into the spotlight." - Lakshmi Chaudhry. What is your reaction?
I belieave that this quote is describing the present times perfectly and we should do something about it today it isn't the talent it's how popular u are! & Somany people knowing about u.
2.What would you do if someone took a compromising picture of you and posted it on the Internet? Should people have a right to say if they don't want a picture online?
Of COURS they should !!! Especialy when it's not even their choise to put this picture on the internet! I don't like putting all myinformation on the internet i do have a myspace but my information is limited and i'm going to erase the school i go to right now! I'm not like those people who tell their phone number and where they live or where they work!
3.Is the "truly private life" an illusion? Why or why not?
I think it is an illusion the government can tap into your conversations when ever they want acording to the act put into action in efect right after 9/11 and people can just click away your image at any time and display it on the internet. What i can believe is people making their own compromising pictures and posting it all over their page so that some freak will come & use it to his/ or her benefit!
4.What does the author mean by the "Creolization of media"?
The author is talking of the corruption of media and they way peopole have acces to everything amd uses for them.
5.“Things that were not silly. I tried to make my posts highly stylized and short, about things I would imagine people would want to read or comment on.”- I've wondered this about websites like reddit.com. Could the same be said for newspapers?
Yes, it can be said for the newspaper, they put hte most scandalizing or tragic or most unbelievable new on the front page and the stuff that's willing to get more people's attention all these people are popularity mongers.
6."When she worked at American Apparel, management posted encouraging remarks on employee MySpace pages." Personally, I find this weird. What do you think?
I think this is so freaky i wold be horrified if my job people would post something about my in any myspace world!
7.What is your reaction to the article? Did you enjoy it?
This article was both shocking, long, and informative i didn't enjoy it because i spent most of the tike critisizing all the charachters of the article but i was shocked by all the information & especialy the last page that contained all the websites to expose your self in about this girl who (what was that phrase from the top) "fart" her "way in to the spotlight" by joining all these websites to put her information on all of them.
