JUst in this Mr. Rodriguez himsel declared the new standerds for security guards at the school. . .

1. Must be slow
2. Must be cruel to students who are innocent at all times
3. Must treat the ruel breakers with respect & friendly addoration
4. Would be great if they were fat & clumsy but just optional
5. Please get the random students who mostly cooperate with the ruels into trouble and let the rule breakers go!! (mandatory!!!)
